• Microphone access is requested by your browser directly. We only receive the audio stream locally; no audio data is ever sent to us.
• Theme preference (light/dark) is saved in your browser's localStorage so it persists between visits. This data stays on your device and is not accessible to us.

3. Cookies & Third-Party Tracking

Cookies we set: VoiceAudioRecorder.com itself does not set any first-party cookies. We use only localStorage (for your light/dark theme preference), which is not a cookie and is not transmitted to any server.

6. Data Storage

All recordings are stored in your browser's RAM (memory) during your session. They are permanently deleted when you close the tab or browser window, unless you choose to download them to your device. We have no access to your recordings at any time.

7. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services on this site:

• Google AdSense — Displays advertisements. Google may set advertising cookies and collect data as described in Section 4 above. Governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — Loads the Geist typeface from fonts.googleapis.com. This request includes your IP address and browser information. Governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

We use no other third-party services, CDNs, or APIs.

8. Children's Privacy

VoiceAudioRecorder.com does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Since we collect no personal data from anyone, there is no special handling needed for children.
